About the role
- Supports the sales team with daily operational and administrative activities.
- Helps to organize the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
- Update and maintain CRM with leads, contacts, activities, and opportunities.
- Support the preparation and sending of commercial proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Make outbound calls/emails to confirm customer data, schedule meetings, and follow up on proposals.
- Assist Inside Sales in qualifying leads according to defined criteria.
- Monitor and report open opportunities, pending documents, and follow-up actions.
- Support the organization of online meetings, demos, or calls for the sales team.
- Generate simple reports (e.g., leads contacted, meetings booked, proposals sent).
Requirements
- High school diploma completed (or currently in college is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of sales routines or customer service is an advantage.
- Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets and email tools.
- Ability to learn and work with CRM systems.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Organized, disciplined, and able to manage tasks within a short daily schedule (2h/day).
