About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Triage and resolve security operations tickets, escalating as needed
Administer and monitor email security tools – managing policies, quarantine queues, and threat response
Support privileged access management (PAM) and endpoint privilege management (EPM)
Manage EDR policies and investigate alerts across workstations and servers
Configure and maintain host-based firewall policies on Windows, Mac and Linux endpoints
Document findings and contribute to team reporting and metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or Computer Science and/or 1–2 years of experience (IT or Cybersecurity)
Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.
Familiarity with endpoint security, email security, and access management concepts
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune
Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly
