About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts and specialists
  • Develop and execute a 3-year HR technology roadmap
  • Own the end-to-end Workday environment, managing configuration, integrations, business processes, and security
  • Lead the optimization of Workday modules
  • Ensure integrity, security, and privacy of HR data
  • Develop advanced dashboards and reporting for senior leadership
  • Lead planning and execution of Workday's feature releases
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Manage HRIS vendor relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on, end-to-end Workday implementation and administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Expert knowledge of Workday configuration and multiple systems integrations
  • Advanced Compensation and Payroll experience preferred
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale HRIS transformations or system implementations in a global environment
  • Strong understanding of integrations and data management tools
  • Workday Certified Professional (Core HCM or other modules) preferred
