About the role

  • Build and maintain relationships with the Top 200 Strategic Homebuilder Accounts.
  • Profitably grow existing accounts and establish new accounts to obtain assigned sales objectives.
  • Develop a sales plan with specific and measurable sales objectives with the Homebuilder Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with other internal key stakeholders to mutually drive sales and adoption of Software, Services, Consulting and MBP.
  • Maintain a market development database that includes the key accounts and prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field and/or combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of sales or related experience
  • Knowledge in MS office applications
  • Intermediate knowledge on product, software, consulting and services
