About the role
- Build and maintain relationships with the Top 200 Strategic Homebuilder Accounts.
- Profitably grow existing accounts and establish new accounts to obtain assigned sales objectives.
- Develop a sales plan with specific and measurable sales objectives with the Homebuilder Leadership Team.
- Collaborate with other internal key stakeholders to mutually drive sales and adoption of Software, Services, Consulting and MBP.
- Maintain a market development database that includes the key accounts and prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field and/or combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of sales or related experience
- Knowledge in MS office applications
- Intermediate knowledge on product, software, consulting and services
