• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, and firmware development
• Drive product architecture, technical strategy, and engineering decision-making
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope, and development priorities
• Guide products through EVT, DVT, and PVT stages of development
• Support system integration, debugging, validation, and troubleshooting activities
• Ensure products are designed for manufacturability, reliability, and scalability
• Contribute to project planning, technical reviews, and risk management activities
• Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
