Key responsibilities & impact

Develop state-of-the-art models across text, image, and speech modalities
Apply models and novel research methods to diverse use cases and domains
Run pre-training, post-training, and deployment of models on clusters with thousands of GPUs
Generate and curate pre-training and post-training data
Work on evaluations and ensure model performance exceeds expectations
Develop tools and frameworks for data generation, model training, evaluation, and deployment
Collaborate with science, engineering, and product teams on complex use cases using agents and RAG pipelines
Manage research projects and communications with client research teams
Deliver high-impact AI solutions in collaboration with clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Expert proficiency with PyTorch or JAX
Ability to contribute independently to a large codebase with little guidance
Ability to write clean, readable, high-performance, fault-tolerant Python code
Self-directed execution and delivery
Low-ego, collaborative, and eager to learn
Track record of success through personal projects, professional projects, or academia
Experience running training jobs over multiple GPU nodes
Experience with supervised fine-tuning work
