About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the strategic right hand to the marketing leadership team, ensuring alignment, execution, and impact across all marketing initiatives.
  • Orchestrate priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive cross-functional collaboration to accelerate Mistral AI’s growth.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to define and align on quarterly and annual priorities.
  • Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in the marketing roadmap and propose solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Communications to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Facilitate decision-making by synthesizing data, insights, and stakeholder input.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain processes to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration.
  • Track and report on key metrics, providing visibility into progress and performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep the team moving forward.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Prepare materials for leadership meetings, board updates, and company-wide presentations.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, consulting, operations, or a chief of staff role, preferably in tech, SaaS, or AI.
  • A master’s degree in business, strategy, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Low-ego, collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Passion for AI, tech, or innovation—bonus if you’ve worked in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
