About the role
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and automation systems
- Manage daily relations with multiple stakeholders globally
- Design and implement automated workflows and internal tools
- Build and integrate AI models into full-stack applications
- Work closely with AI researchers and product teams to translate user requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal tooling to enhance the AI platform
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 0-5 years of experience
- Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, or agentic systems (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, Mistral models)
- Proficient in Python
- Proficient in TypeScript, React/NextJS, NodeJS, and modern web frameworks
- Expert workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Power Automate) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Problem-solving mindset to tackle ambiguous challenges
- Strong collaboration skills
- Passion for innovation and improving existing systems
