About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and networking to identify new partners
  • Maintain daily outreach activity including 80–100 outbound calls while building relationships with nonprofits, schools, and libraries
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
  • Build strong relationships, conduct account check-ins, and identify opportunities for growth and referrals
  • Ensure a positive partner experience throughout the sales and onboarding process
  • Address questions or issues quickly and gather feedback to improve service delivery
  • Guide partners through onboarding and help them maximize the value of Mission Telecom’s services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or service needs
  • Represent Mission Telecom at conferences and industry events to build relationships and expand awareness
  • Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems such as Salesforce

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, relationship management, fundraising, or community engagement
  • Comfortable conducting 80–100 outbound calls daily and proactively generating new partnership opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility
  • Self-motivated with strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
  • Passion for supporting nonprofits, schools, libraries, and mission-driven organizations
  • Experience using business technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, or comparable systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools
