Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct assessments to identify gaps in readiness capabilities, resources, staffing, and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field; or 4 years of relevant experience with a master's degree in a related field; or high school diploma or equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience
  • Active TS/SCI/Polygraph security clearance required for consideration
  • Mid-level experience
  • Ability to analyze capabilities, resources, personnel, staffing, and operational processes
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret operational preparedness data
  • Ability to create readiness reports, dashboards, and metrics
