About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the Product Support Manager’s point of contact for property accountability, asset management, inventories, tracking, and reporting in Army property and supply-chain systems
  • Manage, track, and maintain accountability of Government Furnished Equipment and Government Furnished Property
  • Maintain current inventory, location, and condition records in ELMS and other logistics systems
  • Conduct quarterly inventories and audits in accordance with DoD regulations
  • Manage deficient, redundant, or obsolete equipment through DRMS and AMCOM
  • Coordinate and track aircraft tail numbers and serial numbers from receipt through demilitarization
  • Provide lifecycle property support for PM UAS
  • Train unit personnel on receipt, inspection, storage, and administration of expendable and durable items
  • Prepare contract modification documentation for property transfers and maintain traceability
  • Support UAS lifecycle sustainment, maintenance planning, engineering change proposals, and obsolescence mitigation
  • Oversee UAS maintenance operations and Field Service Representatives, including upgrades, configuration management, data analysis, and work order processing
  • Advise the Product Manager on TUAS sustainment and inventory posture
  • Coordinate ACN maintenance-file transfers for equipment movement
  • Oversee daily use of ACN and GCSS-Army for PdM TUAS-owned assets
  • Ensure maintenance and readiness reporting complies with Army aviation regulations
  • Submit monthly readiness reports through the Enterprise Materiel Status Reporting Tool
  • Provide integrated logistics support for sustainment planning, coordination, and MANPRINT requirements
  • Review ECPs, MWOs, Software Change Packages, CDRLs, and PWS documents for logistics requirements
  • Support CLS/PBL contracts by monitoring contractor performance, deliverables, and modifications
  • Collaborate with PM-UAS Acq Log and external agencies to improve requisition flow, returns, and support
  • Assist with MOAs related to maintenance actions and implement logistics policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field; or 4 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree in a related field; or high school diploma/equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience
  • BA/BS degree preferred with ten years of logistics experience
  • U.S. Secret-level security clearance required at hire
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S.-issued passport
  • Proficiency and experience with DoD logistics systems, including GCSS-Army, DPAS, and ELMS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • May be required to work in an office and/or industrial environment
