About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the single HII-MT point of contact at the site for the Senior INL/A representative
Lead, supervise, and integrate all contractor personnel on-site
Facilitate operational planning, mission coordination, de-confliction, and communication with various stakeholders
Provide daily oversight of aviation mission execution and ensure compliance
Manage site administration, personnel accountability, and training compliance
Supervise incident reporting and ensure readiness for operations
Maintain thorough knowledge of aviation operations and applicable laws/regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor's in related field; or 6 years relevant progressive experience with Master's in related field
10 years of technical or professional management experience
Rated rotary-wing pilot with FAA certification and a minimum of 1,500 flight hours
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and applicable operational guidelines
Must possess a SECRET security clearance
Strong English communication skills
