About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the single HII-MT point of contact at the site for the Senior INL/A representative
- Lead, supervise, and integrate all contractor personnel on-site
- Facilitate operational planning, mission coordination, de-confliction, and communication with various stakeholders
- Provide daily oversight of aviation mission execution and ensure compliance
- Manage site administration, personnel accountability, and training compliance
- Supervise incident reporting and ensure readiness for operations
- Maintain thorough knowledge of aviation operations and applicable laws/regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor's in related field; or 6 years relevant progressive experience with Master's in related field
- 10 years of technical or professional management experience
- Rated rotary-wing pilot with FAA certification and a minimum of 1,500 flight hours
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and applicable operational guidelines
- Must possess a SECRET security clearance
- Strong English communication skills
