About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct technical analysis of existing and emerging foreign military capabilities and tactics to provide advice to senior leaders
Maintains up to date knowledge on all aspects of security cooperation policy, plans, and programs
Develop and deliver security cooperation plans and training concepts to improve allies and partners military capacities
Review U.S., allies, and partners existing and emerging military policies to provide advice to senior leaders
Performs liaison duties with allies, partners, and other U.S. government organization to maximize the effectiveness of security cooperation programs and political-military coordination
Participate in the review of program documentation for public release
Additional duties as assigned or required

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
Prior military experience
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance, with the continued ability to obtain a TS/SCI
Associates with a minimum of 7 years of recent specialized experience; OR recognized major industry certification with at least 7 years of recent specialized experience; OR a total of 11 years of recent specialized experience without a degree or certification
5+ years recent, prior experience at the Service Component Command or Higher Headquarters
