About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide front-line coordination and desktop support for NMCI-managed end-user environments
- Ensure users receive reliable assistance with workstation provisioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle actions
- Manage NMCI service requests and support hardware refresh activities
- Maintain a smooth user experience across the organization
- Review and submit NMCI tickets, track service actions, assist users with workstation issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Service Desk, desktop support, systems administration, or related roles
- Demonstrated proficiency in deploying and managing Microsoft Windows desktop platforms
- Working with customers over-the-phone and in-person to resolve end-user issues
- TS/SCI clearance required with ability to obtain a CI Poly
- Must meet DoD 8140/CSWF for 451-Intermediate or be willing to obtain the appropriate credential within 6 months
