Review solicitations and prepare responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications
Administer government contracts, prime contractor subcontracts, and task orders
Draft and manage negotiation memoranda, correspondence, and contract documentation
Collaborate daily with Program Managers, Controllers, and Contracting Officers
Notify internal stakeholders of new awards and modifications
Communicate contract policies and procedures across business teams
Lead development and submission of compliant cost/business volumes in response to RFPs
Review and negotiate terms for contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and Teaming Agreements
Manage post-award administration, change management, and closeout activities
Maintain contract records in Unison CLM and internal repositories
Prepare Representations & Certifications, OCI Mitigation Plans, and other documentation
Analyze estimates, delivery schedules, and performance requirements for accuracy
Advise management on contractual rights and obligations
Requirements
3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
3+ years of contracts experience supporting Federal Government customers
Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and various contract types (CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, FFP, T&M, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently or within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
