About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
  • 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
  • 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated command of engineering principles, methods, and techniques in area of expertise
  • Experience in DoD spectrum management, RF engineering, or frequency allocation coordination
  • Working knowledge of NTIA and ITU
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, hardware, and software
  • Effective customer and organizational level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
