About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform work daily at the client site location on Wright-Patterson AFB, OH
- Provide a full range of program management support to Fighters and Advanced Aircraft and/or Bombers Directorate program management offices
- Assist in the development of documentation of acquisition strategies
- Document program documentation as identified in DoDI 5000.02
- Support technical evaluation of program proposals
- Identify, analyze, mitigate development, and monitor program risks, issues, and opportunities
- Develop and analyze program Integrated Master Schedules
- Analyze program cost performance and implement corrective actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience for Project Management Analyst 3
- 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience for Project Management Analyst 4
- 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience for Project Management Analyst 5
- SECRET clearance
- a minimum of four (4) years must be supporting Air Force Acquisition Programs
- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated application of DoD and Air Force program management policies and procedures on an ACAT III or higher modification program on a major weapon system
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a collaborative team
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
