Rapidly learn and operate both front-end and back-end MAF DMO products and processes
Provide technical support to HII engineers, contractors, and government personnel
Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems; coordinate with network administrators
Set up administrator and service accounts; perform RAID, LAN, and NIC teaming configurations
Image servers and PCs via SCCM/WDS; install firmware, drivers, and system-wide software
Troubleshoot emergent issues and maintain system documentation
Assist with network and server hardware integration on classified and unclassified DoD networks
Identify and manage IT equipment within the MAF DMO network
Assemble, configure, test, and prepare site kits for shipment and installation
Install, maintain, and decommission networking devices, servers, workstations, and peripherals
Install and organize STP CAT5/6 copper, fiber, and AV cabling
Coordinate with program managers, technical support staff, and customers
Update documentation and complete post-installation close-out operations
Assist with technical drawings and data packages; create diagrams for planning and documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree in a related field and 0 years of relevant experience; or High school diploma or equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience
DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II baseline certification required (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND)
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must have a current or active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Experience with basic network configuration
Familiarity with installing, configuring, and networking software on servers, desktops, and laptops
Experience setting up administrator and service accounts; RAID, LAN, and NIC teaming configurations
Experience imaging servers and PCs via SCCM/WDS; installing firmware, drivers, and system-wide software
Troubleshooting emergent issues and maintaining system documentation
Ability to assist with network and server hardware integration on classified and unclassified DoD networks
Ability to assemble, configure, test, and prepare site kits for shipment and installation
Ability to install and organize STP CAT5/6 copper, fiber, and AV cabling
Ability to travel up to 80%, including occasional multi-day international/OCONUS travel
Must have a valid U.S. passport
Preferred: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
