Document infrastructure
Debug complex systems interactions
Own end to end infrastructure

Build and maintain container images
Debug containerized applications

Write and maintain playbooks and roles
Build idempotent infrastructure automation
Automate operational tasks and diagnostics
Troubleshoot performance, service failures, and networking issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
Practical experience with Docker or OCI container ecosystems
Experience administering Linux systems in production or engineering environments
Strong experience with Linux system administration from the command line
Strong hands-on experience administering enterprise Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, RHEL, Rocky, Debian)
Hands-on experience with Ansible automation
Experience writing automation scripts in Bash and/or Python
Familiarity with Git-based workflows for infrastructure code
Experience troubleshooting system, networking, and service-level issue
Expereince managing systems via CLI without reliance on GUI tools
Expereinmce with: systemd, netwokring configuration, storage and file systems, package management, SHH and secure remote administrators
Needs to be able to be certified as an admin for Linux based on DoD requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance with the US DoD (must be a US citizen in order to obtain a clearance with the US Gov)
