Design and guide the implementation of enterprise technology solutions that align with organizational goals, technical standards, and long‑term strategic direction
Translate business and mission requirements into scalable, secure, and well‑integrated architectures that support reliable operations and future growth
Evaluate technologies, create conceptual and logical designs, and support teams in implementing solutions that meet performance, security, and compliance requirements
Validate solutions through reviews and testing, provide technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle, and ensure architectures remain aligned with organizational standards, engineering best practices, and mission objectives

5 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field
3 years relevant experience with Master's in related field
0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
9 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field
7 years relevant experience with Master's in related field
4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
TS/SCI clearance minimum to start with ability to obtain CI Poly
7+ years solution development and/systems engineering expertise
Demonstrated experience balancing technical feasibility with business constraints (budget, time, and security)
Architectural frameworks formal training or vendor certification on (e.g., DoDAF, Zachman Framework, TOGAF)
Cloud computing formal training or vendor certifications (e.g., AWS Certification Solutions Architect – Professional, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
Technical breadth across multiple domains (e.g., cloud computing, database, systems administration, networking, DevSecOps, infrastructure)
