About the role

  • Lead all on-site cyberspace operations and program support for a key customer at Fort Meade, MD.
  • Manage operational planning, training and exercise coordination.
  • Manage security operations and ensure compliance with security requirements and operational integrity.
  • Develop strategic initiatives and cultivate relationships with joint force partners.
  • Oversee program activities in alignment with established quality assurance standards and protocols.
  • Manage project risk through proactive identification and implementation of effective mitigation strategies.
  • Direct programs and projects within classified environments, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
  • Supervise contractor teams and oversee both technical execution and administrative program operations.
  • Prepare budget proposals and support risk management activities.
  • Support pending contract proposal activities and transition to awarded contract.

Requirements

  • 10 years relevant progressive experience with Master's Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a program manager providing support in cyber operations center.
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II Program Management certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly.
  • Experience directing programs and projects within classified environments.
  • Proven ability to serve as the primary government interface for contract-related activities.
  • Demonstrated success in supervising contractor teams and overseeing technical execution and administrative program operations.
  • Background in driving technical initiatives and integrating emerging capabilities into mission environments.
  • Experience in assessing program risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and preparing budget proposals to support risk management.
  • Required Travel: 0 - 10%.
