About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the current projects by tracking relevant data and metrics, developing and updating reports, providing administrative and document related support
Coordinating and collaborating with project member and others within the organization to complete their work
Prepare and monitor material requisitions and schedules (including logistics)
Coordinate across the project team and other internal stakeholders as well as with subcontractors as needed
Develop, propose, and implement solutions for material or logistics related issues in order to maintain program and project goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
experience working within SharePoint environments
ability to develop, track, and analyze metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
strong familiarity with document control processes and best practices
experience working in large cross functional programs and working with customer and subcontractors
experience creating, maintaining, and reporting on program or project performance metrics
strong ability to communicate within a cross functional and poses good collaboration skills especially with geographically distributed personnel
