About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyzing customer demands against the OCIO project portfolio and providing recommendations to align investments with organizational objectives
- Pivoting delivery strategies in response to changing business or technological landscapes and resolving conflicting priorities
- Developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule containing project milestones, major upgrades, end of life dates, and significant events
- Establishing, implementing, and maturing project and programmatic processes and workflows that integrate with enterprise automation tools
- Evaluating project compliance with established policies and providing recommendations to remediate deviations as needed
- Developing, distributing, and maintaining project, governance, and programmatic documentation
- Developing briefings and presenting metrics, reports, and statuses to OCIO senior leadership and IT stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-8+ years experience with Bachelors in related field OR 2-6+ years experience with Masters in related field OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 8-12 years relevant progressive experience.
- 6+ years of combined experience in enterprise governance, architecture/engineering, or project, program, or portfolio management
- Demonstrated expertise leading diverse teams and projects, prioritizing, and assigning tasks, tracking, and reporting statuses, and maturing and optimizing processes
- Analyzing technical and functional requirements
- Managing multiple large-scale projects and delivering products in accordance with established schedules and budgets
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation (processes, procedures, policies, workflows, roadmaps, project plans, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and skilled in presenting technical concepts to senior leadership/executive management
- Active PMP (or equivalent) or ability to obtain certification within in 90 days of starting position
- Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start. Candidate must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a CI poly.
