Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems
Coordinate with network administrators for knowledge management platforms
Set up and maintain administrator and service accounts for system users
Maintain comprehensive system documentation
Tune system performance to optimize efficiency
Install system-wide software and ensure compatibility across platforms
Allocate mass storage space and manage storage resources
Provide the government customer with the operation of knowledge management systems
Maintain and update KM artifacts
Assist the government customer with data input and reconciliation in enterprise-level data systems
Deliver recommendation reports and operating procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field
3 years relevant experience with Master's in related field
0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
Experience with system software, networks, and computer equipment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
Experience with knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint, MAVEN, Microsoft Power Platform, and Copilot
Strong technical aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
