About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide on-site support of 31st Combat Training Squadron’s Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) training systems located at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.
Support the JSE engineering team in assessing and optimizing performance and reliability of hardware and software components.
Plan, execute, analyze, and report component and system-level performance and stability on JSE software training systems.
Support verification and validation (V&V) efforts by developing test plans, executing simulations, and documenting test methodology, procedures, and results.
Collaborate daily with Schedulers, Logisticians, System Administrators, Field Technicians/Engineers, and customer engineering and/or program management teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
Strong communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Must have had an Active DOD Top Secret clearance within the last 24 months
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD TS/SCI and relevant SAP/SAR Clearance.
