Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development, integration, and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Oversee scheduling personnel, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality assurance
Establish, maintain, and manage schedule baselines
Conduct detailed schedule analyses, including critical path evaluation
Perform schedule health assessments using industry-standard metrics
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment
Support development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
Direct multidisciplinary teams during operational activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years integrated master schedule (IMS) experience
At least 2+ years leading scheduling personnel
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project (Server or Online)
Demonstrated experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS
Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for SCI
Ability to work on-site as required at Ft. Belvoir, VA
