About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for the SCI program security management to ensure compliance with U.S. Government directives
effectively communicate with senior leaders
knowledgeable of all security pillars: Physical security, Industrial Security, Information Security, personnel security, and Cyber Security
Development of Program Protection Plans, OPSEC Plans, SOPS, SSAs and Transportation plans
Conduct internal self-assessments and assisting with staff assistance visits and external security assessments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Industrial Security Analyst 1 : 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
Industrial Security Analyst 2 : 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
TS/SCI required to start, must be able and willing to obtain CI Poly.
Expertise on the following Security Management Systems: DISS, JADE, SIMS, CNET and NISS.
Familiarity on polygraph program management and procedures
Familiarity on IC, DOD, and other SAP security policies and requirements
Must be able to work independently
