Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the development of Program Acquisition Strategies
Develop program documentation as identified in Adaptive Acquisition Framework and AFI 63-101/20-101, Integrated Life Cycle Management guidance
Create System Requirements Documents, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements and other Request for Proposal documents
Support technical evaluation of program proposals
Identify, analyze, mitigate planning, and monitor program risks, issues, and opportunities
Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules
Analyze program cost and schedule performance (Earned Value Management)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field with 15+ years of relevant experience, or, Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field with 13+ years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of DoD 5000 Series Adaptive Acquisition Framework guidance and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 63-101/20-101, Integrated Life Cycle Management guidance
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
US Citizenship and Secret Security Clearance and the ability to be upgraded to a TS/SCI clearance
