About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

lead the technical planning, execution, and integration of Depot-level work packages with Ship’s Force tasks
provide expert guidance and formal training to Ship’s Force personnel on industrial availability management
oversee maintenance procedures and quality assurance for ALRE and Aviation Fuels systems
develop and maintain rigorous Measures of Effectiveness (MOE)
act as a primary technical writer and communicator to brief all levels of the Chain of Command

Requirements

What you’ll need

6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
strong background associated with shipboard systems
experience in a Senior role in Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) or Aviation Fuels equipment maintenance procedures on a CVN
strong technical writing ability
proven capability to communicate effectively to all levels of the Chain of Command
computer skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office products (such as: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
must be a US Citizen
must have a current, active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
