About the role
- Scheduling and integrity of the MRP system for all assigned assemblies.
- Status and reporting of manufacturing build to Operations Excellence Team members and leadership.
- Effective management of kit issues, engagement in flow implementation, fulfillment of hardware needs to support manufacturing builds.
- Effective factory implementation and cut-in of engineering and process changes.
- Prioritization of workflow in partnership with manufacturing supervision and project managers.
- The generation of reports providing work document status and material shortages for use by production and other functional teams.
- Coordinates with Program Office, Production team, Prototyping team, and Stockroom to resolve issues in providing kits and materials.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 1 year of related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
- Production Control experience supporting prototyping and production teams (preferred).
- MRP analyst or Inventory Control background (preferred).
- Deltek CostPoint experience a plus (preferred).
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma and Quality Standards (preferred).
- Experience using MS Excel for data analysis and management visibility reporting (preferred).
- Self-motivated and driven desire to succeed with minimal direction (preferred).
- Ability to work both in a team and individually (preferred).
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure (preferred).
- Active Secret Clearance (preferred).
