About the role
- Identify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation efforts, and incorporate findings into formal reports
- Research and analyze intelligence from diverse sources to create Threat Development Packages and link analysis, identifying threats and patterns
- Conduct analysis in support of operational activities to assemble, correlate, evaluate and assess information concerning counterintelligence and intelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems and/or facilities
- Analyze information received to identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to answer these gaps via appropriate collection means
- Support counterintelligence and intelligence inquiries under the direction of the Director of Identity Intelligence
- When appropriate, prepare serialized intelligence reports
- Evaluate threats to emerging technology under development within an enterprise, experience with Research, Development and Acquisitions (RDA) counterintelligence analysis preferred
- Conduct counterintelligence briefings to personnel as required
- Screen and vet individuals, process requests for information, and review grant applications against intelligence databases
- Link digital aliases, screen names, and biometric data (fingerprints, facial recognition) to real-world identities
- Coordinate with local, state, federal, or private sector partners to facilitate information sharing in compliance with privacy regulations
Requirements
- 9 years of relevant experience with bachelor's in related field
- 7 years of relevant experience with master's in related field
- 4 years of relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years of relevant experience
- Excellent technical writing skills to include spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work with others
- Familiarity with Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and Classification Management Tool (CMT)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- TS /SCI security clearance
- 1-3 years’ experience in technical writing or editing with at least one year working in the Intelligence Community
