support the Advanced Space Technology for Range Operations (ASTRO) Phase III program for the Operational Test & Training Infrastructure (OTTI) Integrated Program Office (IPO)
deliver a prototype system to be used by Orbital Warfare and Electronic Warfare Range Operators to perform Mission Planning, make Range Safety decisions, and enable Range Instrumentation
develop and deploy a multi-functional Range Control System that integrates proven software technologies and an intuitive user experience into a secure cloud architecture
collaborate across scrum teams, partner companies, and Government stakeholders to deliver mission-critical capabilities through an incremental implementation strategy responsive to dynamic customer demands

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
9 years relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree, with experience as a Scrum Master, specifically in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment for Scrum Master (Level 4).
5 years relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree, with experience in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment for Scrum Team Member (Level 3).
Active DOD TS clearance required to start; ability to obtain SCI.
Travel CONUS approximately 10% of the time but could surge to 25%.
