About the role

  • Designs, models, documents, and governs the logical and conceptual data architectures
  • Analyzes current and emerging system requirements
  • Establishes and enforces data modeling standards
  • Develops robust Python-based scripts and ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Leverages deep expertise in Relational Databases (SQL) for advanced querying
  • Operates within Agile/SAFe development frameworks
  • Provides technical guidance and mentorship
  • Performs additional duties as assigned or required to advance mission goals

Requirements

  • Strong relational database (SQL) skills

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
  • Database Engineer I: 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field, or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
  • Database Engineer II: 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field, 0 years experience with Masters in related field, or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience
