Initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid SCRM efforts
Leverage SCRM tools to conduct SCRM analysis
Produce comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations for CI activities
Engage in external collaborations and engagements to enhance intelligence production
Collaborate closely with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid leadership, program personnel, and other government agencies
Provide subject matter expertise to prioritize topics of interest
Maintain a strong understanding of supplier quality management processes

Requirements

9 years of relevant experience with bachelor's in related field
7 years of relevant experience with master's in related field
4 years of relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of various SCRM data sets and tools
Ability to perform extensive multi-INT analysis
Demonstrated ability to write in a clear and concise manner
Ability to recognize nuances, resolve contradictions and inconsistencies
Proficiency in reviewing analytic products for cogent arguments
Proven ability to define comprehensive and innovative research approaches
Understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and relevant CMS policies/standards
Active TS/SCI clearance required
A minimum of 4 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst is preferred.
