About the role
- Build, configure, and test high-fidelity NGTS parametric constructive modeling and simulation (M&S) models of platforms
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and use intelligence databases to accurately model red and blue force systems
- Translate complex intelligence data into realistic, behavior-driven models within NGTS
- Conduct threat system modeling for various domains
- Support verification and validation (V&V) efforts by developing test plans, executing simulations
- Troubleshoot and analyze anomalies in simulation performance
- Contribute to the design, documentation, and implementation of future simulation capabilities
- Work closely with configuration managers and simulator engineers to manage changes
Requirements
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
- 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
- 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI security clearance within the last 24 months (required)
- Recent experience working in the US Air Force, US Navy, US Army Intelligence community or combat crewmember/pilot
- Background with electronic order of battle (EOB), IR/EO sensors, jammers, IRST, RWR, datalinks, radars, weapons systems, or missile guidance
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
