About the role
- Work directly with customer or customer representatives, attend meetings, and deploy for special projects.
- Manage the input of requirements, purchase requests, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate both internally and externally to track project and equipment order status.
- Update customer and leadership on the status of orders and track estimated deliver dates.
- Obtains, screens, reduces, and analyzes complex logistics and technical data and information.
- Manage, oversee, schedule, and assign tasks to one or more multiple jobs.
- Analyze and evaluate products and related performance.
- Install, upgrade, and remove products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
- Maintain effective customer communications and relations.
- May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.
- Must have forklift driving experience.
Requirements
- 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
- Experience with logistics and/or supply chain management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Experience reading and interpreting technical publications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and Air Force drawings.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance and relevant SAR/SAP clearances.
- Must have had an active Top Secret clearance within the last 24 months.
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license
