Work with abstract ideas and complex situations across functional areas to identify fundamental issues and provide clear strategic direction.
Step into the arena when needed to provide extra capacity, leading by example to show what "great" looks like.
Regularly communicate roadmap progress, risks, and performance wins with executive leadership, translating complex technical shifts into clear business value.

Requirements

10+ years in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director level or above), ideally within fintech or high-growth consumer tech.
Proven track record of managing complex customer journeys and consolidating product streams into a cohesive, winning vision.
Demonstrated success in hiring, mentoring, and up-leveling the skills of high-performing Product Managers.
A strong background in using data, A/B testing, and performance metrics to drive rapid iterations.
The ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders and represent the organization as a recognized authority.
