Define and execute the product roadmap for our post-application decisioning engine, translating high-level strategic goals into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
Partner with the Data, Credit, and Engineering teams to operationalize complex underwriting models, ensuring business logic is correctly translated into platform features that balance risk separation with speed-to-market.
Optimize our portfolio of third-party data integrations to balance approval accuracy with unit economics and data costs.
Collaborate with Fraud Operations to implement real-time defenses against synthetic fraud and identity theft attacks.
Monitor the health of the decisioning platform to ensure high availability, low latency, and accurate error handling while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on backend decisioning systems.
Technical proficiency and the ability to have in-depth conversations with engineers about system architecture, APIs, and implementation trade-offs.
Proficiency using SQL to query data, investigate decision logs, and analyze funnel performance.
Proven track record of managing complex projects with dependencies across multiple different teams.
Experience designing and running A/B tests.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.
