- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics
- Create a positive and memorable candidate experience
Requirements
- 2y+ proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or Recruiter
- A deep understanding of the technology landscape
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Gem or similar tooling
- Preference for candidates with in-house experience
