About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand customer requests and develop awardable proposals
- Plan ROMs and customer presentations
- Support development of quality new business
- Manage end-to-end process from pre-proposal to negotiation and award
- Lead proposal review meetings
- Develop bid budgets and manage efforts
- Maintain document control for all deliverables
- Communicate with proposal and business unit leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (Desired)
- Shipley Associates Proposal Training/Certs (Desired)
- 12+ years experience with proposal writing/management for Federal Government and DoD customers
- Expert knowledge of industry practices
- Strong analysis skills
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online, MS Project, Excel, Word, and Teams
- US citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance
- Ability to create original content using interview and research techniques
