Research and identify potential customers using tools like ZoomInfo, SciLeads, LinkedIn, and institution websites.
Craft thoughtful, tailored outreach that aligns with each prospect’s research goals and highlights the value of Mission Bio’s solutions.
Drive multi-channel outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, sequencing tools, and creative formats like video or voice memos.
Lead initial conversations to understand customer needs, qualify interest, and identify potential fit for our products.
Build strong relationships and maintain consistent outreach cadences to turn early interest into qualified opportunities.
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to maximize event follow-up, ensuring leads from conferences, gated content, and web chats are nurtured.
Qualify opportunities and hand off clear, well-documented prospects to Account Executives.
Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Support to share insights and improve engagement strategies.
Represent Mission Bio at trade shows, seminars, and team meetings (occasional travel ~10%).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer success, demand generation, or inside sales (life sciences experience a strong plus).
A motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable engaging in conversations about genomics, single-cell biology, and cancer research trends (scientific background is a plus, but training is provided).
Familiarity with CRM systems, sequencing tools, and account prospecting tools (preferred).
Highly organized, with strong prioritization and time management skills to meet territory goals.
Demonstrated experience managing communications across multiple countries and cultures.
Qualified candidates must be based in Europe.
Fluency in English required; French or German language skills strongly preferred.
