About the role

  • Coordination and planning of customer communications through Email, SMS and Push channels
  • Measuring campaign performance, and working with BI teams to deliver reporting insights
  • Assist with the execution and QA of lifecycle campaigns across channels including email, SMS, and push
  • Review and maintainance of marketing and communications materials to ensure alignment with brand, legal, and compliance standards
  • Coordinate day-to-day project planning, execution, and tracking for lifecycle marketing initiatives that support brand, compliance, and broader organizational priorities
  • Support maintainance of reference materials for customer communications and lifecycle planning, including journey maps, communication flows, consumer-facing materials, and campaign documentation
  • Provide support for additional projects, campaign execution, and team operations as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional work experience
  • Basic understanding of marketing tactics and automation tools
  • Basic analytical skills, ability to use spreadsheets; willingness to learn and develop analytics platform knowledge
