About the role
- Install and configure IT systems and networks
- Analyze and resolve IT issues at Second-level support
- Work on IT projects to optimize the IT infrastructure
- Deploy applications using Microsoft and Citrix technologies
- Collaborate closely with the service desk and project teams
- Document systems within customer environments
- Administer virtualization environments
- Perform firmware and system updates
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of networking, servers, and storage
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory administration
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Xen)
- Several years of professional experience as an IT system administrator
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to work in a team and a structured approach to work
- Good spoken and written German and English
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
