- Independent order processing — from entry to on-time delivery
- Preparation of customer-focused quotations in close coordination with Sales
- Handling complaints — solution-oriented and service-minded
- Coordination of goods flows with the central warehouse and the parent company in Finland
- Telephone customer support — friendly, professional and competent
- Support for field sales to achieve optimal results
Requirements
- Commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years of experience; motivation and passion are important
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Proficient with MS Office and modern PC applications
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and a service-oriented attitude
- Willingness to develop professionally and grow together with the company
