About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build trusting relationships with clients and collaborate closely with their internal teams
- Maintain constant, transparent client communication to understand needs and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Ensure big-picture alignment with objectives and vision
- Collaborate with design teams, prepare actionable design briefs, provide structured feedback, and validate UX/UI deliverables
- Use the product throughout its evolution and share feedback with the team
- Analyze and clarify business, user, and technical issues; identify root causes; propose solutions; evaluate impacts, risks, and trade-offs
- Monitor product health and performance and propose optimizations or evolutions
- Immerse yourself in clients' business domains to connect business value with user impact and make product recommendations
- Make informed product decisions while respecting the project framework
- Define and manage the product backlog and corresponding deliverables in partnership with clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an agency or consulting services environment
- Experience managing a multi-client/multi-project portfolio simultaneously
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and French
- Diverse expertise in digital product creation, including product management, client relations, Scrum, budgeting, data analysis, mobile and web technologies, and UX/UI design
- Ability to leverage available AI tools to optimize work
- Ability to rally, collaborate, and communicate across varied areas of expertise
- Proactive and versatile approach, including the ability to advance work amid ambiguity
- Desire to build a long-term relationship with the team and develop a career within Mirego
- Availability for regular travel to Mirego's Montreal or Quebec City offices and client sites
