Key responsibilities & impact

Support clients in their digital evolution and diagnose strategic opportunities and gaps
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including desk research, interviews, surveys, workshops, and focus groups
Synthesize research findings and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Analyze product performance and own dashboards monitoring activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, objectives, and KPIs
Influence product direction with clients and design, product, and engineering teams
Identify trends and make product recommendations
Contribute to technology and competitive intelligence and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO audits, content strategy, and conversion optimization
Plan and track research activities, manage scope and budget, and communicate risks, trade-offs, and decisions to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

More than 5 years of experience in digital product management and market research
Bilingual French and English communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for varied audiences
Hands-on experience with analytics, surveys, interviews, focus groups, benchmarking, and related research methods
Experience leveraging AI in research activities
Comfort with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel
Understanding of digital marketing disciplines including SEO, SEM, CRO, and e-commerce
Methodological rigour, strong research ethics, and deep user empathy
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
Willingness to travel occasionally within and outside Quebec
