About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You meet with clients throughout the design process and gather the information needed to kick off projects effectively;
You create design deliverables that align with project goals and constraints: user flows, schematic mockups (wireframes), proofs of concept, rapid prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, animations, etc.;
You incorporate accessibility from the start of the design process and ensure inclusive experiences;
You use artificial intelligence (MidJourney, GPT, etc.) to accelerate content creation: wireframes, user flows, visuals (images, videos), copy, and interactive prototypes;
You present and explain your work to clients and colleagues, and you communicate the reasoning behind your design decisions in an accessible way;
You work with product managers (POs) and the research team to define the product and develop its long-term vision;
In collaboration with the research team, you participate in user testing and analyze the results and product performance;
You collaborate with the development team to deliver web and mobile applications;
You support business development activities (estimations, pitches, client proposals, etc.);
You manage and allocate your time across different projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have at least 5 years of experience in digital product design;
You have excellent French and English communication skills, both written and spoken, to work with our clients;
You are knowledgeable of accessibility principles and have a solid basic understanding of AI, and can identify how it can transform our products and processes;
Your enthusiasm for design is contagious: you enjoy sharing your findings with colleagues and collaborating on projects;
You are passionate about digital solutions of all kinds and committed to building high-quality products;
You are proactive, enjoy working autonomously, and like to explore beyond static mockups;
You know how to use and learn design tools on macOS (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.);
You like to get involved in other areas that excite you: sound, animation, research and user testing, etc.
