• You have solid back-end development experience with technologies such as Elixir, .NET or Python, and you are eager to adapt your stack to clients' needs.
• You have concrete, substantial hands-on DevOps experience: you are comfortable with AWS or Azure, Terraform, Docker and GitHub Actions, and you understand how these tools fit together in a continuous delivery context.
• You understand the security, observability and maintainability concerns of the systems you build and operate.
• You understand the basics of AI, use it responsibly in your workflows and are comfortable with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• You have demonstrated autonomy and proactivity in past projects; your skills and interpersonal qualities help make the team better.
• You have deep mastery of fundamental development and software architecture concepts, forged through significant experience.
