About the role
- You build a trusting relationship with your clients and collaborate closely with their internal teams;
- You maintain consistent and transparent communication with your clients to understand their needs and ensure ongoing satisfaction;
- You maintain the overall view and alignment with objectives and vision. You work closely with design to define the problem and goals, prepare clear, actionable design briefs (context, success criteria, constraints, timelines), provide structured feedback, and validate UX/UI deliverables;
- You define and manage the product backlog and related deliverables in partnership with your clients;
- You show your passion for the product by using it throughout its lifecycle and sharing feedback with the team;
- You monitor the health and performance of your products while proposing optimizations or enhancements;
- You immerse yourself in your clients' business domain to connect business value to user impact;
- You make informed decisions — from minor copy adjustments to removing a feature — while respecting the project's scope.
Requirements
- Experience in an agency or consulting environment, including managing a portfolio of multiple clients/projects concurrently.
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Strong passion for digital products and technology that drives you to pursue excellence and efficiency;
- Experience building digital products with broad expertise (product management, client relations, Scrum, budget management, data analysis, mobile and web technologies, UX and UI design, user experience, marketing, entrepreneurship);
- Desire to build a long-term relationship with the team and grow within Mirego;
- Ability to rally teams, collaborate, and communicate across different areas of expertise;
- Demonstrate vision through curiosity, initiative, and active listening;
- Be proactive and versatile, capable of moving things forward;
- Available for regular travel to join the team at our Montreal and Quebec City offices, as well as to visit clients.
