About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- BambooHR Platform Administration
- Maintain Employee Handbook and Company Policies
- Maintain Federal and State Workplace Compliance Posters
- Coordinate and Execute Required Compliance Training
- Monitor Performance Review Compliance
- Assist with Insurance and Benefits Administration
- Applicant Tracking System Administration
- Interview Assistance
- Culture Index Platform Administrator
- eNPS and BPTW Employee Survey Execution and Reporting
- Employee Recognition Program Execution and Administration
- Company Event Coordination and Planning Assistance
- Support the Leadership Team with special projects as assigned
- Meeting Scheduling and Internal Event Coordination
- Maintain Office Supply, Pantry, and Housekeeping Supply Inventory
- Coordinate Building Maintenance & Cleaning Services
- Maintain Shared Spaces (Conference & Training Rooms, Kitchen, etc)
- Track Facility Issues & Escalations
- Collect & Distribute USPS mail
- Manage Client IT Asset Disposal
- Coordinate and Maintain Company Intranet (SharePoint)
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus
- 3-6+ years in a combination of HR administration, executive assistant or operations support
- Hands-on experience with employee onboarding/offboarding, HR systems (HRIS/ATS), HR Policies and Compliance, and Recruiting
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information
